Founded in 2004 by Brian N. Stovall and riding the leading edge of the technology wave, he saw there was a better way of providing tax advisory and accounting services to clients around the world and went all in on offering cloud based technologies to his clients. It first started with paperless tax filings, and remote bookkeeping, but soon grew to a full-service virtual firm.

Clients and staff all work remotely (there is no office) and collaborate in secure online environments similar to online banking. Although we are a high-tech virtual firm, we are still a high-touch firm, interacting with our clients as much as we can.
